POSITIONS

Description

The Team Member is responsible for serving our customers Primo Quesadilla Meals.  They’ve got to deliver The Goods.  This means working with a sense of purpose and sense of urgency.  She/he needs to be calm under pressure and absolutely love exceeding customer expectations for service.  Every Team Member plays a part in keeping the restaurant clean, and should play an active role in our enthusiastic culture.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares food up to Dillas standards and ensures consistency
  • Welcomes customers in a cheerful, friendly manner and provides the highest level of customer service
  • Processes customer orders accurately through POS system
  • Works diligently to keep restaurant clean at all times
  • Follows safety and security guidelines
  • Always on time and follows attendance policy

Other Requirements

  • Has strong social skills and follows directions
  • On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 30 pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
  • Basic reading and math skills required
  • Solid verbal communication skills needed

Description

The Manager has the primary responsibility for managing shifts; conveying the Dillas’ culture to his/her Team Members and Customers; as well be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Dillas Quesadillas. He/she will be responsible for upholding Dillas’ standards for the Team Member and Customers experiences.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
  • Restaurant experience preferred

The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant and provides direction for their entire team.   • At least 2 years restaurant experience and 1 year upper management required
